3 At Home Flat Bread Pizzas

Do you love pizzas and want to learn how to make them at home? Here are 3 easy flatbread recipes that are great for your family, or just to try out as a break in your regular meal prep routine just in 15/20 minutes.





3 at-home flatbread Pizzas!


Fig preserve, goat cheese, and Prosciutto


Ingredients:

  • Flat Bread dough (store-bought pizza dough or homemade)

  • Goat cheese

  • Proscuitto, halved & sliced

  • Fig preserve

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to the directions on the pizza dough package & follow the directions on the pre-made pizza dough. * For even cooking, cook the dough on a rectangular or circular baking stone and brush with olive oil before pre-heating in the oven.

  2. While the oven is preheating cut your Proscuitto

  3. Once the dough has been precooked for 5 minutes, remove it from the oven and add the goat cheese, the prosciutto, and the fig jam/ preserve.

  4. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crispy.

  5. Once ready, remove it from the oven to let it cool.

  6. Cut your flatbread into rectangles and serve!

** Please note that. the dough is thin so it will crisp up quickly depending on the brand that you use!


Traditional Grandma

  • Flat Bread dough (store-bought pizza dough or homemade)

  • Beefsteak tomatoes, sliced

  • shredded mozzarella

  • basil

  • oregano

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to the directions on the pizza dough package & follow the directions on the pre-made pizza dough. * For even cooking, cook the dough on a rectangular or circular baking stone and brush with olive oil before pre-heating in the oven.

  2. While the oven is preheating, thinly slice your tomatoes, and chop your basil.

  3. Once the pizza dough is evenly cooked, add your thinly sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, basil, and oregano.

  4. Place your flatbread back into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  5. Take out of the oven, and let cool on a wire rack.

  6. Cut into rectangles and serve.


Veggie Style


Ingredients:

  • Flat Bread dough (store-bought pizza dough or homemade)

  • shredded mozzarella cheese, or a cheese of your choice

  • tri-colored peppers, julienned

  • onion, julienned

  • beefsteak tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • olives *optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to the directions on the pizza dough package & follow the directions on the pre-made pizza dough. * For even cooking, cook the dough on a rectangular or circular baking stone and brush with olive oil before pre-heating in the oven.

  2. While the oven is pre-heating prep your wash, and cut your veggies.

  3. Once the pizza crust is defrosted and lightly browned, take it out of the oven and add your tomatoes, your cheese, veggies, and olives.

  4. Place in the oven until veggies are lightly browned, cheese is melted and the crust is browned.

  5. Take out of the oven, and let cool on a wire rack.

  6. cut into rectangles and serve.
