It isn't summer without angel food cake and some fresh fruit! This recipe is nice and simple and only takes 30 minutes! Let's go!
Ingredients:
Angel food cake mix, I like the Duncan Hines mix.
1 container of fresh blueberries
1 container of fresh strawberries
1 container of cool whip
Directions:
Preheat your oven to the temperature on the box.
Follow the directions on the Angel food cake box.
Grease your cake pan with crisco. * make sure to get all the groves with the baking grease.
Once your angel food cake is out of the oven, let the cake cool in the bunt pan upside down over thick and sturdy wine bottle shaft.
While your cake is cooling, wash your fruit and take off the strawberry tops and cut your strawberries in half.
After the cake is cooled, remove it from the cake pan
Serve with fresh blueberries, strawberries and cool whip on top. Enjoy!
