You can never go wrong with a classic cupcake! Here is how to make a decadent and moist vanilla cupcake that will have everyone wanting more.

Makes 12 cupcakes
Ingredients:
Cupcake base
1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 2% milk
vanilla bean paste (optional)
Frosting
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cups confectionary sugar
Directions:
Preheat your own till 350 degrees Farehite, and line 12 cup muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
Sift your dry ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together
In a medium-size bowl, beat your butter, milk, and vanilla extract & vanilla bean paste. Slowly beat in your dry ingredients
After the batter is completed and well incorporated, scoop them into the muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes
Once the cakes test is done, remove them from the pan and let them cool on a wire rack.
Frosting
In a small bowl, combine your butter, vanilla extract & confectionary sugar
After the frosting is whipped and comes to a peak, let it sit for 5 minutes
Once your cupcakes are cool, get your favorite piping tip and put your vanilla frosting in a piping bag, or your favorite method and decorate away!
