Hot Chocolate Bombs

As it gets colder into January and February, here is a fun recipe to try that is sure to keep you warm and cozy.





Here is what you will need:

- Bakers Melting Chocolate

- Hot cocoa powder

- Mini marshmallow

- sprinkles (optional)


Assembly:


  1. Melt your baker's chocolate according to the packaging.

  2. Take your round models and a paintbrush and paint the inside of the models.

  3. Place the models in the fridge to let the chocolate set for about 5 minutes.

  4. Gently take your chocolate spheres out of the mold.

  5. Pour in 1 packet of your favorite hot cocoa powder into each sphere, top with marshmallows and sprinkles.

  6. Heat a pan on low, and gently touch one of the spheres to the heated pan.

  7. Then take the top sphere and place it on top of the bottom one to seal the circles together with some extra melted chocolate along the seam with your finger.

  8. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

How to make your hot chocolate:

  1. Put a hot Chocolate bomb into your mug.

  2. Pour over less than a cup of warm milk over the chocolate sphere and watch the shell melt to reveal the surprise inside!
