Sesame Soy Ginger Pork Ramen




Serving size: 1

Ingredients:

  • Ramen Noodles

  • Pork, Cubed & Marinated

Optional: if you do not eat pork or red meat, chicken works great too! ;)

  • Carrots (1-2 Large)- Julienned

  • Newmanns, Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • 2 Handfuls of Ginger

  • 1/4 shallot

  • 2 scallions

Broth:

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1tsp Miron

  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1Tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp marinade

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, and once to a boil add your noodles.

  2. Cube & marinate the pork in Newmann's sesame soy ginger for 30 min to an hour.

  3. In a frying pan, saute spinach, carrots, green onions, and shallot.

  4. Transfer veggies into the soup pot.

  5. Add broth ingredients to the pot.

  6. Once the pork is cooked, add that to your broth and noodles mixture.

  7. Add your tsp of marinade.

  8. Stir till simmering.

Optional: Crack egg into soup, and stir vigorously.

9. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
